Jonathan Hekmat — Principal
Jonathan is the Principal of KHP Holdings, where he leads the firm's investment strategy, acquisitions, capitalization and asset management.
Jonathan's career spans both institutional real estate and technology, with prior experience at Sares-Regis Group, Virtus RE Capital, Snap Inc. and TikTok. His background provides a perspective that combines institutional real estate fundamentals with the entrepreneurial and data-driven approach of some of the world's leading technology platforms.
